Outfit Rental Deposit

A $30 per outfit deposit is required for all rentals. The deposit will be refunded once the outfit is returned with all pieces and in the same condition it was rented in.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR OUTFIT RENTALS

Bhangra Closet shall provide:

a. Each Adult Male Bhangra Outfit will include 1 Kurta, 1 Chadara, 1 Vest, 1 Pagh.
b. Each Adult Female Bhangra Outfit will include 1 Kameez, 1 Salwaar, 1 Vest, and 1 Chunni.
c. Each outfit will also include 1 set of matching Kentha (necklace) and Phumman.

Client shall provide:

a. Payment to Bhangra Closet, as a rental price for each Outfit
b. A security deposit of $30 per outfit rented. The deposit will be refunded once the outfits are returned in the same condition they were rented in.

Outfit Pickup and Return:

1. All outfits must be picked up and dropped off from Brentwood on mutually agreed dates, unless other arrangements have been made.
2. After Picking up your outfit, please ensure you have received all pieces:
   Women: Kameez (Shirt), Salwar (Bottom), Chunni (Scarf), Vest and Accessories*
   Men: Kameez (Shirt), Laacha (Bottom), Pagg (Turban), Vest and Accessories*
   *Accessories include (Two necklaces, 4pc Phummans (Pom-Poms).
   
   If you are missing any piece, you are supposed to communicate to info@bhangracloset.com on the same day, along with your order number (#XXXX)
   
3. If Bhangra Outfits are received after the due dates mentioned above, the Client will be charged an additional $5 per Outfit per day.
   
4. A visual inspection will be made with the Client during the transfer of Bhangra Outfits and Payment. Client will be responsible to make sure that they have received every piece of of Bhangra outfit.
5. If, upon return, Bhangra Closet team determines that an Outfit has been damaged, the Client will be charged the total cost for any necessary mending or replacement items. If an Outfit is determined to be beyond repair, the Client will be responsible for the total cost of a replacement Outfit.

Other Terms and Conditions:

1. Outfits are fairly new and in very good condition. It is assumed that the Client will treat them with great care.
2. Bhangra Outfits may NOT be altered. Any sizing adjustments may be done by pinning AND pins should be removed, if used, before returning the outfit. Major alterations must be approved in advance by Bhangra Closet.
3. Outfits may not be written on, painted, dyed, taped, stapled, glued or cut under any circumstances.
4. The replacement cost for lost or destroyed Outfits is four times the rental fee. Paid rental fees do not apply toward replacement cost.
5. Bhangra Closet uses a tagging system for tracking and inventory purposes. Please do not remove or alter any tags from any of the rented items. If any bag or tag is missing or altered, a $5.00 per tag will be charged to client.
6. A $10 cancellation fee will apply for orders cancelled and/or notified to Bhangra Closet after March 9th, 2024.
